# Error when calibrating

Hi there!

I’ve got an OTII working fine till now… I’ve got an offset of 3 mA. When trying to calibrate I’m always getting a voltage error… even sense calibrating gets error.  
Any suggestions???

Hi Ramon, welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you have a faulty device.  
Create a [case](https://www.qoitech.com/my/cases) in our case system and I will be able to help you there.
