# Nothing happens

Hello,

I’ve just received my new otii arc, plugged it in usb port and…nothing!  
no usb device detected, no voltage on banana plugs.

Did I miss something?

This sounds strange.  
Could you create a [case](https://www.qoitech.com/my/cases) in our case system so we can examine this in more detail?
