USB power cable

Has anyone found a USB cable to power 5V USB devices via Otii?
Something like https://ebay.to/2Oyk0HH but with the banana plugs on one side and micro USB on the other.
It would be simple enough to make from one of these USB DIY Connector Shell - Type Micro-B Plug : ID 1390 : $0.95 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits but they aren’t in stock at the moment.

Hi,
I have built my own cable, with the correct length for me.
Otherwise, I find some that are more or less good. Hard to find with micro USB though.
