Battery emulator

Hi,

If you have completed at least one iteration of high discharge and low discharge, and you stop the profiling and clicks “Save Profile” button, it should be saved in this location if you as a user have rights to write in this location.
If this does not work, close Otii application and start it again.

If this does not work, I suggest that you create a case in our case system (Qoitech), and includes a screen recording when you do this to find out what is wrong.

Best regards,
Björn

Okay I have tried these methods. Still the .json file is not created/saved. I have created a case.

Thanks a lot

To follow up this on the forum.

When you install Otii you get a few example battery profile .json files. They are located where you have installed Otii.
When you profile batteries and save the profiles, they will not be stored on the same location as the examples, since you might not have write permits there. The profiles are save in \Documents\otii\batteries\dischargeprofiles and log file during discharge is stored in \Documents\otii\batteries\profiling.

Best regards,
Björn
