Otii Arc quit working - How to get Repaired?

I’ve been using the Otii Arc for over a month now and have integrated it into my characterization process.

This morning when I attached it to my computer it failed to power up. There is no green LED activity and the software can not find it. I have tried several USB cables and two different computers. Nothing.

What is the process to send the tool back to be repaired?

Hi Peter,

Just to inform in the forum.
This issue is solved by erasing flash and re-flash the firmware.
Root cause of this failure is unknown.
