Current offset observed after autorange goes back to high precision

Hello,

I measure the current consumption of a chip that has an internal DCDC and is most of the time in a sleep state. While sleeping, I observe a very low current consumption (100nA) and current spikes at 2Hz when the DCDC is recharged.

After reaching 19mA, I observe a 1µA offset on the measurement (see screenshot). I guess that corresponds to switching from low precision mode back to high precision mode, with the autorange feature. The offset never disappears then.

Hi Hugo,

Create a case and I will help you out there, please.
In the case, attach a short recording when this happens.

Best regards,
