I have a question regarding attached image. 2 signals lost while recording and as long as I start a new record, the 2 signals went back to normal.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem … every time the signal break with 0 values. If I launch another record, this new one is OK for a certain time then another time goes to zero.
See here the green record falling to zero, and the red one launched just after that.
Firmware & Oti application are the latest one.
an interesting thing, when I pan/zoom the green record data seems to be all zero
and by exporting data into csv file, one can see a problem with the data themself : see a partial green curve export then after red curve.

This seems strange and we have not seen this before.
Could you create a case in our case system with a more detailed description how your setup looks like and also add the otii project file there.
When the analysis is done, I will post the outcome here in this forum.

I promised a note regarding this issue.
The strange behavior disappeared when folder for temporary project files was changed to a local folder.
This is done in File -> Preferences -> Open project folder
