Hi, I’ve had a data backup problem since I upgraded to version 3. I’m currently on version 3.5.3.
Here’s what I do: in the software I record the consumption and the uart logs (here 57600). I make a recording that lasts 5-10 minutes. I can see the uart log, but if I want to save the recording an error appears:
“This project contains incomplete or corrupted data that is not compatible with the otii software”
The error appears systematically and I systematically lose the data.
This is Software regression since version 2.
Can the support analyse this problem?
And there is any way of recovering corrupted projects?

This sounds very strange and we are happy to support you further.
I ask you to create a case in our case system (User Management - Qoitech) with this information.
When the case is created, you can add the otii3.log file as an attachment.
You find the otii3.log file by, in the Otii 3 application, click Help → Find otii3.log

By the way, are you recording to a network drive?
We have seen that, for example OneDrive might disturb recordings.
It is recommended to save the project, before recording is stared, at a location that is not network synched.
