I have answered the case you have created in our case system.
Basically, we do not recommend going back to Otii 2.x as the development has stopped since 2023, including the firmware releases for Otii Arc in Otii 2.x.
My recommendation is to continue using Otii 3.x, and get used to the different UI, as this will be the best choice in the long run.
My best tip, is to hit “H” on the keyboard, in Otii 3, to get to know all the shortcuts.
