OTII voltage regulator broken?

Hi,

I have been performing measurements with OTII HW version 1.3 and firmware version 1.1.5.
The DUT has a supply voltage of 3.6V. I have seen higher voltage drops (up to 1V drop) than expected:

I have measured by powering up the OTII by the PC and/or 9V power supply, and I obtained same results for either of these cases.

When measuring same DUT using diifferent OTII device, the voltage drops are much lower (up to 0.18V drop):

Could it be that the voltage regulator of the OTII is damaged?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

It looks like you have turned on the internal resistance function.
Could you create a case, please, and I will send you a test script.
