Otii Ace as Battery Sink

Hi there.

I am using my Otii Ace as a low power battery simulator. I am attempting to ‘charge’ the Otii with 150mA. Settings are below:

It seems whenever my charging circuit attempts to ‘charge’ the Otii, the Otii input voltage spikes, probably in an attempt to keep voltage regulated:

I was under the impression the Otii can sink current. Is there some kind of setting I need to adjust?

Hi Jesse,

Not sure what you are doing.
Are you using the Ace as a power supply (battery) with OC limit of 250mA to your DUT and then your DUT is connected to a charger, that tries to charge the Ace?
Is this correctly understood?
