Transaction id mismatch exception

Hi,

I have a Pro + automation license, and I use an Otii Arc with the software at version 3.2.4 on Windows.
I wrote a Python script that collects small measures at a periodic rate. Unfortunately, after a while, the APIs start to throw exceptions with the message “Transaction id mismatch.” At this point, restarting my script is not sufficient, and I have to close the Otii software too.

Do you have any suggestions about the nature of this issue? Do you know if there is something that I can do to troubleshoot it?
