Battery License LOCKED!

I cannot access my license from either of the 2 laptops that have otii installed.

I released the license from the laptop #1 after getting otii installed on laptop #2. Now neither laptop has the license, but the “Licenses” screen shows the license is still RESERVED. See screenshot from laptop #1
