Feature request: Low baud rate support

Hi,

Feature request:

How about adding some low speed baud rates to the Otii UART feature? If running a UART off a 32 khz oscillator in a low power application the selectable rates are all too high. I need 1200 or slower for this.

If the current somewhat strangely limited set of baud rates is due to UI aesthetic reasons then perhaps an Up-Down Control may be an alternative to a very long list.
