When the opened Otii application is moved to second display, the visible area of the switch buttons like start recording and the power ON switch are not active.
You should move the mouse around them and see the pop-up, to be able to switch them on/off.
This is fixed by resizing the main Otii window - after that they work properly.
I use Otii ARC software on Windows 7 64bit OS.

Yes, this is a problem we have with multiple displays and Hi-resolution displays.
This will also be solved in the major software upgrade.
