The Otii software is not paying attention to the Windows screen scale factor (Scale and layout):
So you end up with ridiculously small text and icons:

Unfortunately we don’t have a solution in this area yet. We will try to improve this in a future release.
If you want a build made especially for testing this then please create a case in the case system and I can share it with you.
