No Otii Display with Laptop Lid Closed

I tried to use Team Viewer to view a Lid closed laptop. All other programs work fine except Otti. Otti’s display go white. Any suggestion? I already checked “Do nothing” with Lid Closed on the laptop I am working with

Hi Tien,

Try to disable OpenGL rendering by, in Otii app, choose File -> Preferences and uncheck the OpenGL box.
