OTII-ACE-PRO not powering on / "Failed to open COM" error

Hello Qoitech Community,

I’m seeking some urgent assistance with my OTII-ACE-PRO. I recently used it to power a Starlink device, and unfortunately, it no longer seems to be functional.

When I connect the OTII-ACE-PRO to my computer and open the Otii 3 software, I consistently receive “Failed to open COM” errors, as shown in the attached screenshot.

I’ve also noticed that the LED light on the device does not illuminate at all. I have tried powering the unit using both an external power supply and solely through the USB port, but neither method has resolved the issue.

It seems like the device is not turning on at all. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or can offer any troubleshooting steps or advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
