Updating firmware has bricked the device

I tried to update the firmware of the device to Arc_1.0.10.bin. Now the device is unrecognised and bricked. I can’t see any way to recover it.

Hi,

We have seen this issue occurring on Windows, the solution is to go to Device Manager and check for Unknown devices. Choose to update driver for the device.
This will be solved in a coming FW update.

I am using MacOs not Windows. Do you have a solution for Mac?

So the solution was to put a paperclip into the pinhole next to the usb cable and attach the usb cable while pressing the pinhole button. This returned the unit to firmware upgrade mode and I managed to get the new firmware installed the second time. All good again now. Thanks for your help!
