Otii app crash on Win7 x64

Hi,

Just installed Otii v. 2.0.0.

At first I could not create “new project” because I had not yet created an account. (the tool did not crash systematically at this time). After I did that, and I entered my user/pass into the pop-up, the tool crashes after startup.

I lauched a VissualStudio instance to see if I could get more details on the problem (not very informative though):

Unhandled exception at 0x000000013FECE755 in otii.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0000000000000018.

Using win7 x64 with all the latest patches, ect.
Could it be some issue with antivirus?

Hi Jonas,

This crash could be due to low VBUS power. Try connecting the Otii Arc to another USB port or a powered hub to get higher VBUS voltage.
There is a bug that makes the application crash due to this and this is fixed in a later version.
