I’m interested in upgrading to the Otii Arc Pro software, but I’m unsure about the email associated with the Otii Arc. Can I use my own email address to access the Pro software, or is it necessary to download it with the specific email address linked to the product owner? I appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I have also answered your ticket in the case system.
The email address is associated with the Qoitech account and best is to have your company mail address.
When you buy the Pro license, it will be owned by the user buying it, but it is very easy to share the license among several users.
If you buy the license on this account, then go to your license page (User Management - Qoitech) where you then can share the license with the other users in your company.
